1. Agreement to the Terms

Use of the billeye.ai website, and of the tools and services it offers (including HookEye), indicates your full agreement to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the Terms, you are requested to refrain from any use of the Site.

2. Description of the Service, PRO Subscriptions and an Ad-Free Experience

The Site provides AI-based technological tools for identifying and alerting against cyber threats. The service may include different tiers:

• Free tier: users on this tier are shown third-party advertisements (such as Google AdSense) embedded on the Site.
• Paid PRO subscription: grants access to advanced features, dashboards and aggregated analytics on global threats (such as threat maps by country) based on anonymous data, and also provides a browsing experience completely free of advertisements (Ad-Free).

3. Permitted Use and Restrictions (Abuse Prevention)

Use of the system is intended for defensive and legitimate purposes only. You undertake not to:

• Use the system to develop, test or add malicious phishing sites, or attempt to deceive the AI models.
• Attempt to disrupt server operation, run heavy automated scripts (DDoS/bots), or attempt to breach the system's databases.
• Engage in unusual activity or abuse attempts, which will result in immediate blocking of access to the service.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Site, the code, the algorithms, the billeye.ai brand and the HookEye system are the exclusive property of the Site operator. They may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". The Site operator bears no liability for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the Site or from reliance on the threat-detection results.

6. Third-Party Advertising

The Site may include third-party advertisements (such as Google AdSense) directed at users on the free tier. The Site operator has no control over, and bears no responsibility for, the content of these advertisements.
